Dealing with Rude & Entitled Tenants like Kory & Allison Read

Kory & Allison Read are Rude & Entitled Tenants. It is tenants like this that building staff avoid as much as possible, as no matter what you say and do, they always find something else to complain about.

These are the type of Tenants who believe that just because their possessions are in the unit, they have a right to dictate to the staff how to do things. You can hear Kory Read state this here: The Truth is IN Here: Transcript & Recording It isn’t my first time that I had to deal with tenants like this so you learn to recognize the signs.

It is because of Tenants like Kory & Allison Read, that I began to wear a Body Camera on my person, whether I was allowed or not, for my own protection, every day while in the building doing my job. I left my apartment, the camera went on record and stayed on until I went back home again.

No one knew of this except for me and my husband, as know one needed to know, if was just for me but I could use the recordings if I really needed too. I also have a recorder on the cell phone, that records all phone calls.

Yes, it is terrible that I felt this way, that I needed to do these things to protect myself, but as you can see I had anxiety for many years, Kory Read Smear Campaign just made it worse.

A few years ago my husband and I worked at a property here in Scarborough, and we left 2 days shy of our 3 months probation because of personal safety.

We were hired to work with a property management company who had just taken over some new property and it was rough there. Not even 2 weeks into the job and Security had to be hired to stay with me while I was out of the office within the property and to escort me back home.

Within this 3 months, I was assaulted physically, threatened every day, had lug nuts removed from all my car tires, had my windshield smashed in, even got my car stolen but with the help of the camera system, the internet on YouTube and the Police, I got it back. I was even shot at once, but they missed as I bent over the same time to get keys I had dropped, so it missed my head. When the Property Management Company let the Security go and wouldn’t put it back, I quit. Personal Safety is not worth any job. Just like here, Mental Health is not worth any job, so I quit.

But is for this reason that I bought the Swinn Camera, I had it on my car at any property after that to keep an eye on it and take pics of anyone going near the car. My hubby and I also started investing in various hidden body cameras you can buy, so we can protect ourselves from Rude and Entitled Tenants like Kory & Allison Read.

You see, there are certain privacy issues associated with wearing body cameras, especially in apartment buildings but I invested in this snazzy editor now that I can block out things I can’t show and show what I can. I just need time to work on all the footage I have showing Kory & Allison Read lying and embellishing their narrative, as they have it online. I will spend some time on this after I get settled in NL.

Human Rights knew I had all this footage, and I was allowed to use it if I needed too, when it came down to an actual hearing, I was able to give it as evidence but it didn’t reach that point.

The Hearing Kory & Allison Read ignored was just a Preliminary one, for them to prove to the Tribunal they had evidence that showed a link to the grounds they applied for. Basically, they had to provide some kind of evidence showing me being a bigot or racist towards them in word or action, as their word stating it happened wasn’t good enough.

The Tribunal also noted that my reaction at the Landlord and Tenant Board hearing where I did say inappropriate things like black as black and darker than she is, came out of shock from hearing details of their accusations I never heard before.

Anyone will react out of shock upon hearing accusations against them for the first time, it is a normal reaction. Kory Read is just embellishing these actions to use them against me. Yes, I said the word “malado” but only to reference that Kory & Allison Read wrote it in a letter and I had to ask my niece what it meant, as I really didn’t know. God forbid that I repeat what they wrote, it becomes that I said it during the hearing, not the reason why I said it. More twisting by Kory Read.

Just like the Newfie term and stating I don’t talk that way, it was to show I would never tell anyone I was born in Canada, that I have worked in Canada, nor that I am a Canadian, I would express that I am a Newfie born in Newfoundland. I never use Canada.

Why the hell would anyone talking say they have worked for “16 yrs in Canada” when it is obvious you are in Canada? Kind of redundant don’t you think? Do I come across as someone who spends time on redundant things?

If you bother to read any of their written garbage online thru the links I share, you will see numerous references where Kory Read spends so much time talking about the changes being made to building procedures. Yes, the change was me working here, and I will never apologize for ensuring the rules are being followed, not just by tenants but also by owners.

The bottom line is that Kory Read had no say in how the building was managed, so all his comments about what was done for this building, is none of his business. Same goes for each individual named and the duties they performed within their employment.

Would you allow Kory Read to do to you what they are doing to me, online?

When Kory Read owns his own building, then he can try and get away with doing what he wants within it…

Of course, Kory & Allison Read don’t talk about any benefits, nor do they bring up the time they were caught SITTING on the dryers in the laundry room, though they knew they shouldn’t be doing that. Of course, things they benefit from is not mentioned, neither are things they were caught doing wrong.

It is Rude & Entitled Tenants like these that there are in place so many new rules of apartment living, as there needs to be some way of protecting employees who have to deal with them on a daily basis. Kory Read just tends to go to the extremes than any other I dealt with.

You can see the unreasonable, unfriendly, and verbal abuse I got from them during their tenancy in the written letters and emails they sent me that I share. Why do they feel comfortable in doing that?

Sorry, Allison Read, by her own written words in these things, that is portraying herself as a stereotyped very aggressive Angry Black Woman ( Sapphire ). She is the one who wrote those nasty letters and emails filled with aggression, not me. I didn’t write this letter here: First Nasty Letter nor did I write these emails and documents I share here.

Who the HELL does Kory Read think he is, being so blatant in his actions of trying to CONTROL someone else’s way of doing their job, as they write?

The Applicant and her husband at this time began to wonder if Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy even booked an appointment for the day? It seemed like a very strange coincidence that on 2 different occasions, two different professional companies had to cancel at the last minute, unexpectedly after being book so many days in advance.

Again it appears just like August 29, 2016, that Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy enjoyed trying to deliberately inconvenience and stress the Applicant and her husband by rescheduling appointments for the very next day ( back to back ) without even trying to be cooperative, polite or have the common decency to inquire if the Applicant could be around that next day, as it was under the 24 hour time period that is mandated by the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act

How are the words “it appears” factual? It appears, according to the dictionary is:

As Kory Read has these words, or its equivalent of “it seems” throughout the content on these domains, he is reporting what he believes to be true, not what he knows. I can tell you, unequivocally, that they do not have a clue.

“Common decency to inquire if the applicant could be around that next day?” Where does it state in any of the RTA that staff need to accommodate tenants by asking if they will be around or not for someone to enter? Why should I care if Kory & Allison Read would be home or not, in order for me to do my job to get repairs done?

The only reason no one entered their apartment was because of the dog, and they know it. I there was no dog, the lock would have been changed within a short time of us starting here, like others that we didn’t have keys for were done. They had a DOG they used to their advantage to prevent people from entering when no one was home, as the dog went nuts, and they left him free in the apartment. How reasonable is that of them to do, yet they bitch work wasn’t done when they were the one’s preventing it to be done?

So again, why is it that Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy not;

  • Call the Applicant?
  • Text the Applicant?
  • Email the Applicant?
  • Tell the Applicants husband as he came into the building at 2:40pm?

Yes, I get mad when I see crap like what is written above, rightfully so. Here once again, as is throughout this online content, Kory Read shows his arrogance in trying to dictate how I should have done my job by writing out so many of his own personal speculations over what I should have done instead. No wonder I get mad, who wouldn’t?

Kory Read is CHANGING the documents by adding info that was not there before.

Kory Read is once again highlighting in this content, his own perspectives on how events should have transpired, like he does above. You see, according to Kory Read, everything I said and did in my job as building staff here, was wrong. Yet, Kory Read provides no proof that what I did was wrong, it is ALL just his personal opinions and interpretations.

Can Kory Read go in and tell a Plumber how to interact with their clients in this fashion? How about a Banker? Could Kory Read go to their place of work and proceed to tell this person how to proceed in their dealing with customers?

Why should I have to tolerate this type of treatment when I shouldn’t have to do so? Should any employee have to tolerate this treatment from a customer or tenant?

Kory Read loves to tell me how I should have done things, like what is written above, as Kory Read wanted to control what I did within the building and with him. It was all about Kory Read having control and getting what he wants.

Rude and entitled people like Kory & Allison Read is what makes it so difficult for any employee having to deal with them. It isn’t just me Kory Read is like this with, he is like it with everyone.

We can’t forget their hypocrisy when they emails my hosting company about the Personal Identifying Information I have on this site about them, when they share so much about me online since November 2, 2017 with the first site they did.

I really hate hypocrites like this, whom are so blatant in their actions!! Duh!!! Quid Pro Quo as they say! As I state, I refuse to hide. Why should I?

1 – She is displaying our photo which she has no permission to use on her website under my name.

2- Legal documents that we used in legal proceedings and were not intend for public use.

3 – Displaying our personal email address that were obtained only during legal proceedings.

4- Pour personal phone numbers.

5 -By placing our full names on her site which in connection with the above information violates our rights to having no Personally Identifiable Information on the web.
